Taken in F-9 Park Islamabad, when out with some friends in the evening. Nikon D90 + Nikkor 18-105mm zoomed in all the way to 105mm.

Do you use a rainbow bokeh texture for an overlay? I've seen a few photos that look like this and I'm interested in recreating the effect.

No, I didn't... That's actual bokeh from the shot. You might have thought I used an overlay because the colour adjustments made the bokeh colours vary a lot... =)
